Ideally located 100 meters from the lake, in a quiet and residential area between the prefecture of Haute-Savoie and the Imperial Palace, everything is done on foot from the apartment, at the gates of the old town and 5 minutes from the beach of Albigny.
You can enjoy a modern apartment of 62 m² and especially its very large terrace to enjoy summer evenings, or a breakfast in the sun.
This apartment is our main residence which we rent out during our summer holidays. It is therefore fully equipped, furnished and decorated.
Parking is free on the street.
We rent for a minimum of 7 nights in July and August. For a period of 14 nights, you benefit from a discount linked to the length of your stay and the bath linen (bath towels, bath sheets and bath mats) is systematically changed every week.
